We have recently rolled out a guaranteed sales program for our agents to use as a listing tool.  Our real estate agents can offer potential sellers the peace of mind that comes with knowing, if we don’t sell your home, we will buy it.

We are providing the training our agents need to present the program and the marketing materials designed to assist them with reaching potential sellers online and through face to face contact.

We are offering the 45 hour post license class for new real estate agents in our Kissimmee and Longwood offices.

Were you licensed to sell real estate in Florida within the past 18 months?  If so, you are probably aware you need to take the state required 45 hour post licensing class.

The total cost of the class is $150.00 which includes the textbook.

RPAC Roaring Twenties Auction

Ellen and I attended the Orlando Realtor Association Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC) auction that was held at The Country Club of Orlando.rpac

The theme was the roaring 20’s.  Many of the agents and affiliates in attendance did a really good job dressing for the era.  Ellen and I pulled together an outfit at the last minute from what we had in our closet.

The food and drink were good and while we were unsuccessful bidding on a few items, we thoroughly enjoyed the event and would encourage all agents in the Orlando area to attend future events.

Help your business by using a CRM system

We are invested in the success of our agents and that is why we are rolling out a new customer relationship management system to help our agents stay in contact with their past, present and future customers .

I want to applaud those agents that are already taking full advantage of a contact management solution. Regular contact through maintaining and using a CRM,  results in business.

I do not understand how anyone can say they are just too busy to make an effort to stay in touch with their past customers.  A CRM makes staying in touch easy and on top of that, we have a tech trainer in our office that can help agents if they are not sure how to start.

The process takes very little time but the rewards are endless!

We have provided our Kissimmee agents with what we think is a cute little marketing piece for our agents to use to reach out to their past customers, family, friends or neighbors.

Inside the package we have a bag of microwave popcorn and another card reminding them that we can assist them or anyone they know with the purchase or selling of their home

It is an old idea and to some it may be to corny.  That is a fair response.  But I do believe it is better than doing nothing.

 

Kissimmee 45 hour post license class

Watson School of Real Estate will be offering new real estate agents in the Kissimmee area an opportunity to complete their 45 hour post licensing class.

The classes will be held in the Kissimmee Watson real estate office.  The cost of the class will be $150.  Class times are:

Friday, February 23rd, 5pm-10pm
Saturday, February 24th,  9am-6pm
Sunday , February 25th, 9am-6pm

Friday, March 2nd, 5pm-10pm
Saturday, March 3rd, 9am-6pm
Sunday, March 4th, 9am-6pm

This morning’s training is on pricing listings.

This morning  I will be meeting with newer and inexperienced agents to discuss the methods they can use to help a seller determine the correct list price for their home.

We will be looking at several methods including a comparable market analysis, tax value vs real value, sold prices per square foot and marketing positioning research.

I am confident that our agents will leave the meeting with a better understanding of this portion of the listing process, which should help them secure and successfully sell their future listings.
