I would say that this book got me started to thinking positively.. I read it in the early to mid 80's and yes it's humorous but that's part of why young people I believe would like it.. As an older peron now more than ever our younger generation needs to go Rhino.. They've been given too much and expect too much and therefore have become some what lazy. The religous overtones are not too much but just enough as we all know there is a higher power in control of our lives. I would recommend this book to any young person who needs direction and needs to get motivated.. Or for that matter any older person who's in need of the same thing.. Go Rhino.. It's Great !!

You are 100% right on. You cannot build a relationship with your customer unless you shut up and listen. Thanks for your comments Ellen.

You definitely state the facts. Everyone is in such a fast paced world that we forget taking the time to slow down and build a rapport. Asking questions is good, but we all need to sit back and listen as well. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
