You need to get “it” in writing
In real estate transactions, you need to get “it” in writing.
Real estate agents need to be mindful of the importance of getting “it” in writing. “It” is anything that affects the transaction, or has an impact on the transaction, or is of importance to the buyer and/or seller. If all parties are in agreement to “it” then all parties should have no trouble putting “it” in writing.
“It” could be the title company authorizing the release of keys, or “it” could be changing of the closing date or “it” could be short sale approval or “it” could be a referral between you and another agent in the office. “It” could be any number of things. “It” never becomes and issue until “it” does and then when “it” is not in writing, “it” becomes even a bigger issue. Having “it” in writing helps eliminate added frustration and stress.
