Does your company have an e-business department?

We do. 

The department is the first point of contact for customers inquiring on Company sponsored ads online about buying or selling a home.  Once the e-business department has made the initial contact, the customer’s contact information and their real estate needs are forwarded to an agent located in the area the customer is interested in buying or selling a home.

We provide initial and ongoing training to our agents that want to be on our e-business team and we monitor their results throughout the year.  Our goal is to provide a quick response, match the customer up with an agent best suited to assist them to satisfy their real estate needs with a successful closing.   

Real Estate Agent Training: TouchCMA

We will be offering in office introduction and training on the TouchCMA seller and buyer presentation tool.  TouchCMA allows our agents to perform live and in-depth market analysis for their clients, quickly and accurately.

This training will be held in our office and is open to area agents interested in learning more about our Company and this program.  This presentation will be on August 13, 2015 from 10am – noon.  Our office location is 1950 E. We are now providing advanced training for our Central Florida real estate agents!

This month we have started offering advanced training courses in addition to our monthly success school that we offer our new agents joining the Company.  These advanced training courses are designed for both newer and experienced agents who want to dig deeper into the proven methods real estate agents use on a daily basis to grow their business.  The courses are being taught by Central Florida leadership and several of our top agents.  These courses include the following:

Day 1

1. Advanced CMA

2. Reviewing Toolkit

3. Advanced Listing Marketing:

Day 2

1. FSBOs & Expired Listings

2. Develop and maintain your SOI & Maximize you referrals

3. Effective farming & Just listed / Just sold prospecting.

Day 3

1. Prospecting open houses & converting your leads to sales

2. Working events & networking in your community

Day 4

1. Short Sale and REO Transactions:

Objective: Defining the difference in working with buyer’s on Short Sale and REO transactions.

How to list and coordinate the short sale with short sellers.

Day 5

1. Social Networking and SEO for Agents:

Objective: Introduce prospecting SOI through the use of Facebook and other social media and

Introduction to generating leads online utilizing websites and blogs.

2. Prospecting Floor Time: Objective: Introduction to floor and how to convert lead to closings.
